GOOD QUESTIONS / CLEARER CONVERSATIONS
Keep the
questions
coming.
From the first idea to the details still open. Find a useful starting point, then bring your own context to the conversation.
Explore the answers ↓Where should I start if I am unsure which option is relevant?
Describe the change you want to make. The comparison desk explains the different purposes of solar, EV charging and electrical planning. Keep more than one topic selected if the questions connect; you do not need to choose equipment before making an enquiry.
Can this website tell me whether my roof is suitable?
No. The roof dossier records known and unknown information, such as direction, nearby shade and existing documents. It does not assess structure, condition or a system layout. Use it to prepare questions for a property-specific discussion.
What should I include in a home charging enquiry?
Explain where the car normally parks, who controls that space and when the vehicle is usually there. Add the vehicle information you have and any related home plans. Keep location and electrical requirements as questions for assessment.
What if I rent the property or share the parking?
Say so in the first message and identify who manages the relevant space if known. Ask which people need to be involved before a proposal develops. This website does not determine rights or permission to carry out work.
Can you estimate savings or costs here?
The tools on this site organise context and questions. They do not calculate savings, system output or prices. Ask how any property-specific proposal explains its assumptions, included work and outstanding dependencies.
Should a business enquiry include operating hours?
Yes, a description of the working pattern can be useful alongside the records already available. Mention quieter periods, planned changes, access constraints and who controls the premises. Distinguish measured records from expected future activity.
Does the planner send or save my notes?
Notes remain in the current page. The email action opens your email app with a draft; the download action saves a text file locally. Nothing is submitted automatically, and notes are not retained when you leave or reload the page.
Can I discuss more than one change?
Use the planner to include all relevant topics, while separating the first priority from possible later phases. Mention roof repairs, renovations, vehicles or other property plans that could affect the conversation. Ask how dependencies would be considered.

Still have a different question?
Your circumstances may not fit one of these starting points. Send a short description to BRH and explain what you would like to understand. Keep unknown details visible rather than feeling you need every answer before contacting us.
If your question involves more than one energy topic, the project planner can bring them together in an editable note. You control what is included and whether the message is sent.
