Your working note.

A useful note does not need every answer

Start with your main goal and the type of property. Add information you already hold and make the unknowns visible. You can describe a situation in ordinary language without deciding what equipment or work is required.

For solar, roof context and everyday electricity use help frame the request. For charging, parking and vehicle routine matter. For electrical changes, mention the work you are considering and any existing records. Select whichever topics belong in the conversation.

Keep the first message focused

Share enough context to explain the question, without including account passwords, payment information or unrelated personal records. You can mention that documents are available and ask what would be useful to share next.

If the property is shared or leased, note who else may need to be involved. If timing matters, describe the constraint rather than assuming a particular installation date or response time.

Review before you send

The summary is editable. Building it again replaces the text below, so download any changes you want to keep first. Opening your email app prepares a draft; you still choose whether to send it.

If no email app opens, copy or download the note and write to [email protected] using your usual email service. This website does not submit a form or keep your notes after you leave the page.
